All Customers are responsible for building permits & site preparation.
We use treated wood blocks to level building
We recommend for you to supply us with some Cap Blocks for a solid foundation and we will use them for leveling for free.

• We will deliver your shed "up to a 12x40" for FREE up to 100 miles, $6.00 a mile after that. (Playsets only up to 50 miles, all lawn furniture is pickup only, or deliver will be determined when ordering)

•     Our deliveries are made with a truck and a goose-neck trailer, we have a little forklift on our trailer for delivery in smaller areas, so that we can put a barn in a very tight space, within two feet all the way around the barn.

•    We can deliver up to a 12x40 for free within 100 miles, However we can deliver up to a 16x40 for $6.00 a loaded mile delivery fee.

• Unfortunately we no longer offer Built on-site, our deepest apologies.

Free Site-Check
In most cases if you have a gate/opening in your yard at least 24" wider then the building itself,  we should be able to deliver the building without to many issues.
   But sometimes there is need for more examination, it seems like everybody has a smart phone these days that takes better pictures and videos then some Hollywood cameras, so these work fantastic to take a few pictures of the area in question and maybe even a walk-through video that you could send me especially if you would have an iPhone. Most of the time we can tell just through pictures and videos to see how we need to proceed.
  But there are a few times that people do not have a smart phone and cannot send pictures and videos and we understand every once in a while you do need a trained eye to take a look at the property and meet with you and talk it over, so we do offer that as well, free wishing 50 miles of Montezuma Ga.

   Note: We can only commit to a free consultation visit up to 50 miles, but the experience will be extremely valuable to your project’s success.
